Die Lautst\u00e4rke bei der Wiedergabe seiner Drone Music \u2013 dem minimalistischen Musikstil, der auf monoton ausgerichteten und wiederholten Tonsequenzen aufbaut \u2013 beschw\u00f6rt eine tiefgreifende Erfahrung und haucht den springenden, aufregenden, geschichteten Obert\u00f6nen und den Architekturen Leben ein. Niblocks Raumkl\u00e4nge sind mit seinen Bildwelten eine poetische Reise durch Architekturen.<\/p>\n<p>Dissolving slide pieces using photographs realised during Phill Niblock\u2019s travels in China to prepare his films in 1986, 87 and 88, and in Japan to prepare his films in 1989. Music: 380 minutes music of Phill Niblock is played throughout the exhibition spaces. Niblock\u2019s compositions playing randomly engage with the architecture of the gallery, thus creating an immersive environment to experience the texture of the sounds. Phill Niblock travelled the world with his truly unique digitally-processed monolithic microtonal drones creating sound without melody or rhythm producing imperceptible changes that creep up on his often unsuspecting audience.
