de \u2014<\/em> Sonifizierung von Laubb\u00e4umen durch ein Paar kabellose Body-Pack-Skulpturen und Klanginstrumente, die es den K\u00fcnstlern erm\u00f6glichen, mit B\u00e4umen empathisch in Kontakt zu treten. Die technologisch hochspezialisierten Sensoren \u00fcbersetzen Echtzeitdaten von Sonnenlicht, Photosynthese, Feuchtigkeit, Temperatur und Atmung einzelner Bl\u00e4tter und wandeln diese Daten in Kl\u00e4nge um. Die Kl\u00e4nge basieren auf der japanischen Gagaku-Musikskala yo, einer pentatonischen Skala mit aufsteigenden Intervallen von zwei, drei, zwei, zwei und drei Halbt\u00f6nen zwischen den f\u00fcnf Skalent\u00f6nen. Photosynthese wird ausgedr\u00fcckt durch eine gro\u00dfe Trommel und eine Fl\u00f6te. Die Transpiration wird ausgedr\u00fcckt durch eine kleine Trommel, Streichinstrumente, einen Metallgong. Die Lichtintensit\u00e4t wird ausgedr\u00fcckt als Flattern oder Tremolo. Das von Reiko und Tim geleitete Kreativteam besteht aus einer vielf\u00e4ltigen Gruppe von Personen aus verschiedenen Bereichen, darunter K\u00fcnstler, Musiker, Hardware- und Software-Designer und ein Elektroingenieur. Tim Collins und Reiko Goto arbeiten seit 1985 zusammen an Schnittstellen von Kunst, \u00d6kologie und Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

en \u2014 Sonification of foliage by a pair of wireless body-pack sculptures and sound instruments that will allow artists to engage with trees. The technology, high-specification sensors translate real-time data of sunlight, photosynthesis, moisture, temperature, and respiration of tree leavesand turn that data into sound. Sounds are based on the Japanese Gagaku musical yo scale, a pentatonic scale with ascending intervals of two, three, two, two, and three semitones between the five scale tones. Photosynthesis is expressed as: a large drum and a flute. – Transpiration is expressed as: a small drum, string instruments, a metal gong. – Light intensity is expressed as: flutter or tremolo. Led by Reiko and Tim, the creative team includes a diverse group of individuals from various fields, including artists, musicians, hardware and software designers, and an electrical engineer. Tim Collins and Reiko Goto have been working together since 1985, focused on the intersection of art, ecology, and society.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
